How to: Format chart title text.
Solution:
While editing a chart object, select the chart title, select the 'Format' menu and select 'Selected Chart Title...'.
1) Select the desired chart object. (Handles appear around the border.)
2) Double-click the chart title text to be formatted. (Handles appear around the border.)
3) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Selected Chart Title...'. (The Format Chart Title dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Patterns' tab.

5) (Optional) Select the desired radio button option from the 'Border' group.
NOTE: The options in the 'Border' group apply to the border surrounding the chart title ONLY.
6) (Optional) Select the 'Shadow' check box in the 'Border' group.
7) (Optional) Select the desired radio button option from the 'Area' group.
NOTE: The options in the 'Area' group apply to the fill area of the chart title.
8) (Optional) Select the desire fill pattern from the 'Pattern' drop-down list box in the 'Area' group.
9) Click the 'Font' tab.

10) (Optional) Select the desired font from the 'Font' list box.
11) (Optional) Select the desired font attributes from the 'Font Style' list box.
12) (Optional) Select the desired text size from the 'Size' list box.
13) (Optional) Select the desired check box from the 'Effects' option group.
14) (Optional) Select the desired type of underline from the 'Underline' drop-down list box.
15) (Optional) Select the desired text color from the 'Color' drop-down list box.
16) (Optional) Select the desired text background from the 'Background' drop-down list box.
17) Click the 'Alignment' tab.

18) (Optional) Select the desired radio button for horizontal justification from the 'Horizontal' list in the 'Text Alignment' group.
19) (Optional) Select the desired radio button for vertical justification from the 'Vertical' list in the 'Text Alignment' group.
20) (Optional) Select the desired orientation for the chart title from the 'Orientation' group.
21) Click 'OK' to accept all changes.
